                                                                      We are so happy you're interested in being a vendor for Frets Fest SC!                                                                            Since we have limited street space and only so many slots, our vendor                                                                            selection is by jury process so that we can be sure that we're bringing you                                                                      quality arts and handmade goods and delicious tasting foods.

​

 There is a non-refundable $10 application fee to be paid when you submit your application. Upon your acceptance email you will then have two (2) weeks to pay your full booth fee. 

​

Booth spaces are 10'x10' and are $75-Artisans

                                                          $60-Food tents/trucks

                                                          $45- Non-profit Oragnizations

All booth spaces must be covered with a tent. Frets Fest will NOT be supplying any tents, tables or chairs. Vendors are required to have a tent for each booth space (tents maybe smaller than 10x10, but must not exceed 10x10). You are responsible for all your booth display and needs.

​

The festival begins on October 7, 2017 at 10am Saturday morning and will end at 6pm. Vendors MUST stay set up the entire duration of the festival. Breaking down early will forfiet the opprtinuty for participation in Frets Fest SC in the following years.

​

Be sure fill out the application completely and then make your $10 application fee payment. Incomplete applications or applications without a payment will not be considered. 

​

** Please keep in mind that we are looking for quality, handmade art and goods. We are looking for 2D/3D art, textiles and home goods, clothing, pottery, paper goods and more. If you are providing a service, i.e. masseuse, barber/hairstylist, henna, etc., we look for fresh ideas and clean services. For food vendors we are looking for creative, unique and delicious foods/desserts. The applications will be reviewed by a panel looking for a good mix of techniques, wares and services to keep the market diverse and to help reduce competition.  So, make yours stand out!

VENDOR AGREEMENT: EXHIBITORS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY WITH IN THE BOUNDARIES OF THEIR BOOTH. By applying to Frets Fest you are agreeing that all work being reviewed is your own and does not belong to someone else. If you show up to Frets Fest with items entirely different than what you submitted (or that you did not make yourself) you will be asked to leave. Your display must be kept within the boarders of your booth. EXHIBITORS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF SHOW, COMING LATE OR BREAKING DOWN EARLY IS PROHIBITED. Frets Fest, or the city of Hartsville, is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GOODS. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS.
